welcome to the Loloan where the river meets the ocean, the waters converge… ideas and tastes are carried far on currents welling up from the sea, and rushing down in mountain streams… the pool created in this meeting is a ‘loloan’…a mix of waters with many voices, from heights and depths, remembering, recreating, reflecting… we believe this is an endless and never tiring process…the meeting of cultures, experiences and tastes…the reflecting of ancient traditions and inspiration of new creations. |
